Projects and clients

An integral part of our work across all our projects and clients, Caroline is the glue that holds us all together! Caroline is particularly involved in managing the communications and administration of our practitioner tools, such as Insights Discovery.

Background

Caroline comes from a background in financial services account management and administration support, before she joined Change Formation in 2016. Her previous experience has given Caroline an excellent understanding of large organisations’ needs, equipping her to deal efficiently with all our clients’ requirements.

Qualifications

Caroline is skilled in various administration and event management systems, enabling her to support our team and clients in booking training programmes, communicating effectively and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
