Background
Having started his career in retail management development, Rob move to Thales Training & Consultancy, the people development arm of the multinational Thales technology group. In his role as Director of Products, Rob led the company’s Coaching and Consulting practice. Reporting directly to the MD, his contributions at a strategic level supported a 10 fold increase in revenue during his time at the company. Rob left Thales in 2013 to found Change Formation. Since then he has overseen Change Formation’s growth to become one of the most sought after people development companies serving the STEM sector.
Qualifications
Rob left university with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, before going on to achieve a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and a Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management. He is skilled in a range of development tools, being a certified practitioner of Insights Discovery, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO-B and Belbin. As part of his ongoing professional development, Rob participates in peer coaching supervision with the Coaching Supervision Group.
